Academic Work Experience: European Research Area (ERA) senior researcher at Ruđer Bošković Institute 2017-2020. Associate Professor at Samara State Aerospace University, Russia 2016-May2017. The main objective was implementation of courses based on R&D studies for new silicon-based photo-detectors (SiPM). Senior scientist at Institute of Experimental Physics University of Hamburg, Germany May 2015 – February 2016. The main objective is investigation and R&D studies for new silicon-based photo-detectors (SiPM) and their integration in HEP detectors. Senior Researcher Universita’ Degli Studi Dell’ Insubria, (Physics and Mathematics Department), Italy. May 2011 – April 2015. Senior Researcher at The Liverpool Semiconductor Detector Centre, Department of Physics, Oliver Lodge Laboratory, University of Liverpool, U.K. January 2009 – April 2011.

Research activities: About 30 publications in peer-reviewed journals related to semiconductor detectors characterization, High Energy Physics instrumentation and radiation hardness of silicon detectors and related compounds. Supervising five Mr.Sc theses. Member of European projects: MODES_SNM (design, construction, testing, and qualification of a mobile system for the detection of Special Nuclear Material), RADICAL (RADon: Integrating Capabilities of Associated Labs), RAPSODI (European founded project - coop 32993)

Co-inventor of European patent EP 2056127 (A2). Patent and related technological process was developed for PTW-Freiburg GmbH, Germany.
